Why it exists
Somebody has to build the grid the UAE says it will have by 2030. Most of the people who will actually do that work are still students, or a year or two into their first job, many of whom lack the guidance to know where to start.
Opportunities aren't scarce. A scholarship deadline sits on a university portal nobody checks after graduation. Grants live on government sites, built for procurement officers, not undergrads. Even a good hackathon gets two weeks on LinkedIn. Then it disappears. Nobody has time to check all of these at once, so good chances quietly expire.
The IEA already publishes real hiring numbers. National strategies name real hydrogen and grid targets, five years out, not vague decades. None of it is written for someone choosing a major, or wondering whether to specialise in protection relays or renewables. It just sits in a PDF, cited by consultants, and almost nobody who reads it is actually 22.
